PLOT SUMMARY

My film is going to be about one character going through isolation/ craziness through lack of human contact/ the isolated outdoors.

I'm going to tell a story using jump-cuts, leading the show of chaos. In a way this should replicate a feeling of uneasiness in the audience . 

In the start it will mostly make sense but towards the last act, the degraded sanity shows through and it starts to make less comprehensible sense.

the person's main outfit will be adventure clothing, props will be a tent, camping chair, picnic blanket and lemon grater as the tool for killing, there will also be a Tupperware symbolising the last of the food, the person will ne unprepared for survival on their own.

ACT ONE

the first act gives snippets to the ending but create a sense of chaos,

a person is pacing around a tent- inside and outside, the setting is deadly quiet except for the sounds of footsteps the next scene is the person dead with blood all around them, its quite a shock considering its the very beginning of the film. the tent is silent then it cuts to the title where theres creepy tune like in a jack in the box. this act is setting the scene basically with static shots of the chair inisde the tent and the outside of the tent then a shot of them making a fire and failing, they then are trying to sleep but it' too cold/ uncomfortable. this act isn't one that gives hope.

ACT TWO

this is almost going to be like a flashback to the beginning of the story, its showing the journey to the camp and kind of the reasoning behind the crazy.

person is walking or riding a bike with the tent and a backpack, they' whistling and look visibly happy- enjoying life on this little adventure. they find a quiet spot and stop to admire the view before going and setting the tent up. then there's a tad slip up when there's tent pieces and a close up of the instructions which are just all jibberish. its then nightime and we see them making a fire, it acctually goes well and they look happy. in the nightime they sit in the chair and start to hear noises/voices they get scared and it cuts. this act gives hope in the beginning but  then the pieces kind of go back together. 

ACT THREE

the final act is the grand finale of craziness, it's showing the true extent of the breakdown of sanity. they pace again but talking to themselves this time, we see the outside of the tent but can hear them talking to themselves this will be a static shot. the person the sit inside the tent talking to themselves and spinning a lemon peeler which forshadows it being used as a weapon. then theres the big scream close up.  after this they 'fight' an imaginary person with the peeler, we see this form inside the tent and also from the shadows . theres then a close up of the person breaking the fourth wall shouting at the audience essentially. we then are looking at the outside of the tent and see blood splatter everywhere. the last shot is them dead on the floor, it flickers to a happy scene and then the deadness.
